Nonexistent customer support; lacks most drugs

It lacks most of the drugs that Id look up (Im an endocrinologist). Dostinex or Norprolac, drugs that have been around for years, its never heard of.
I purchased the activation key in late 2011 but then Apple had me restore the iPhone to correct a problem, and now the activation key doesnt work (it says already in use and doesnt recognize that its the same phone). But trying to get customer support from the CPA is ridiculous. The stated customer support page gives a 404 error for no such page! Theres been no reply after 11 days to the email addresses that are supposed to work. So I have a generally useless application that I paid for and which now wont even work.
